FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per June 16 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15142.70 crore against gross selling of Rs 15516.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 373.65 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2069.20 crore with gross sales of Rs 2140.02 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 70.82 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 272.99 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 470.04 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 813.85 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 60.08 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.94 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 47.14 crore in hybrid segment.
