FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per July 25 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17143.11 crore against gross selling of Rs 20651.33 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3508.22 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1847.05 crore with gross sales of Rs 1663.24 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 183.81 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 19.82 crore against gross selling of Rs 5.18 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 14.64 crore in hybrid segment.
