Mahindra Lifespace Developers declines on reporting consolidated net loss of around Rs 22 crore in Q3

Mahindra Lifespace Developers is currently trading at Rs. 394.20, down by 10.80 points or 2.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 405.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 413.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 413.10 and Rs. 394.05 respectively. So far 5230 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 679.15 on 25-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 370.00 on 28-Jan-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 420.90 and Rs. 370.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6200.34 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.15%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.70% and 18.15% respectively.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported net profit of Rs 47.73 crore for Q3FY25 as against net loss of Rs 28.83 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by many folds at Rs 263.28 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 10.15 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 22.47 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, as against net profit at Rs 50.02 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 109.27% at Rs 185.77 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 88.77 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
