FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 10 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in equity segment, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6847.63 crore against gross selling of Rs 6074.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 772.83 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 399.02 crore with gross sales of Rs 885.92 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 486.90 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6.79 crore against gross selling of Rs 13.24 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 6.45 crore in hybrid segment.
