FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per November 27 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17172.16 crore against gross selling of Rs 12151.66 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 5020.50 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3127.61 crore with gross sales of Rs 2345.15 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 782.46 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 233.10 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 130.68 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1146.24 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 39.45 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 23.15 crore in hybrid segment.
