Ashiana Housing climbs on reporting over 2- fold jump in value of area sold in Q4FY26

Ashiana Housing is currently trading at Rs. 323.60, up by 15.25 points or 4.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 308.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 340.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 350.00 and Rs. 320.60 respectively. So far 71848 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 374.00 on 16-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 248.75 on 09-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 350.00 and Rs. 296.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3264.04 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.11%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.95% and 22.94% respectively.

Ashiana Housing has reported over 2- fold jump in value of area sold to Rs 1289.70 crore in Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 574.73 crore a year ago. In FY26, value of area sold stood at Rs 2421.13 crore as compared to Rs 1936.75 crore in FY25.

665 units were booked in Q4FY26 vis-a-vis 357 units booked in Q3FY26 and 597 units booked in Q4FY25. 849 units were launched in Q4FY26 which included Ashiana Advik Phase-III (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Tarang Phase-VII (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Aaroham Phase-I & Phase-II (Gurugram), Ashiana Malhar Phase-IV (Pune), Ashiana Amodh Phase-III (Pune), and Ashiana Swarang Phase-III (Chennai), of which 394 units were sold (7.62 lakh sq. ft., value of area sold Rs 1,018.70 crore).
