FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per December 19 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12513.75 crore against gross selling of Rs 10727.24 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1786.51 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3044.37 crore with gross sales of Rs 888.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2156.17 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 47.61 crore against gross selling of Rs 39.97 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 7.64 crore in hybrid segment
