Transformers and Rectifiers touches roof on bagging orders worth Rs 232 crore

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) is currently trading at its upper limit of Rs. 358.65, up by 17.05 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 341.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 345.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 358.65 and Rs. 345.00 respectively. So far 19910 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 397.20 on 25-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 53.00 on 27-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 358.65 and Rs. 308.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5113.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.48% and 26.87% respectively.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has bagged orders of total contract value of Rs 232 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India. The company has bagged order for Designing, Engineering, Manufacture, testing at Manufacturers works and supply of 5 Nos of 500 MVA, 400/220/33kV, 3- Phase ICT, 5 Nos of 500 MVA 400/220/33kV, 3-Phase Auto Transformers along with all fitting, accessories for complete execution and Local Transportation, In Transit Insurance, Loading and uploading & Installation Services. The entire work shall be completed within 21 months from date of issue of notification of award.
