Ecofinity Atomix touches roof on acquiring 60% stake in Padmavati Chemicals

Ecofinity Atomix is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 52.03, up by 2.47 points or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 49.56 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 51.38 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 52.03 and Rs. 50.00 respectively. So far 32849 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 69.74 on 03-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 32.10 on 11-Dec-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 57.64 and Rs. 49.56 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 31.66 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 1.49%, while Non-Institutions held 98.51% stake in the company.

Ecofinity Atomix has acquired 60% of the stake in the Padmavati Chemicals, a partnership firm by execution of the Partnership Deed executed on December 3, 2024. The object of the acquisition is to expand the business presence with the existing business entity having wide experience of manufacturing in pharma industry. 

Ecofinity Atomix (Formerly known as Aryavan Enterprise) is engaged in wholesale of textile fibers etc.
