AGI Infra soars on getting license for development of Group Housing Project in Jalandhar

AGI Infra is currently trading at Rs. 369.90, up by 11.00 points or 3.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 358.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 362.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 376.00 and Rs. 362.65 respectively. So far 71672 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 386.25 on 10-Apr-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 147.00 on 09-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 384.55 and Rs. 337.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4624.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.85% and 26.21% respectively.

AGI Infra has received License from Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) for the development of Group Housing Project 'AGI Green Crest'. The same was received on April 16, 2026. This project is located in a premium residential area in Jalandhar. The project comprises 452 flats including 3BHK and 2BHK flats. The project also includes thoughtfully planned amenities and conveniences for its residents. The above Registration will further enable the company to increase its revenue and profits out of sale of flats of the above mentioned project. The said License is valid upto March 29, 2031.
