DRC Systems India surges on getting nod to make investment in Skizzle

DRC Systems India is currently trading at Rs. 15.17, up by 0.40 points or 2.71% from its previous closing of Rs. 14.77 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 15.57 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 15.66 and Rs. 15.00 respectively. So far 9892 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 24.29 on 12-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 11.56 on 27-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 15.71 and Rs. 14.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 218.57 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 20.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.35% and 79.02% respectively.

DRC Systems India has received approval to make investment in Skizzle Technolabs India (Skizzle). Post investment, Skizzle would become an Associate Company.  The objective of investment is to strengthen the company’s presence in the technology and SaaS sector through strategic participation in a company engaged in software product development and IT services, thereby enabling business expansion, operational synergies, enhanced technological capabilities, and long-term growth opportunities.

The Board of Directors of the company, at its Meeting held on May 18, 2026, has approved the same.
