SIKA Interplant Systems zooms on inking pact with Collins Aerospace

Sika Interplant Systems is currently trading at Rs. 942.80, up by 117.25 points or 14.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 825.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 834.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 956.90 and Rs. 833.95 respectively. So far 156115 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 956.90 on 3-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 399.96 on 27-Jan-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 956.90 and Rs. 779.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1994.79 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.72%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.11% and 25.16% respectively.
SIKA Interplant Systems (SIKA) has entered into a license agreement with Goodrich Actuation Systems SAS (France) and Goodrich Actuation Systems (UK), each a part of Collins Aerospace (Collins). Under this agreement, SIKA will be licensed to undertake maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of specific primary flight control actuation part numbers (the components) for which Collins is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). These components are standard installations on all Airbus A320/A321 series aircraft.
As per the license agreement, SIKA is authorised to service components from aircraft registered in India and select neighbouring countries as defined in the agreement. This collaboration aligns with SIKA’s strategic objective of expanding its MRO capabilities to better serve aviation and aerospace customers in India and the region.
