Delta Corp inches up on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Delta Corp is currently trading at Rs. 122.95, up by 0.05 points or 0.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 122.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 123.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 124.30 and Rs. 122.55 respectively. So far 78533 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 259.95 on 28-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.00 on 28-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 125.35 and Rs. 118.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3292.25 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.26%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.84% and 55.90% respectively.

Delta Corp has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary of the company namely ‘Delta Penland’ (DPPL) on April 24, 2024, as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. DPPL is intended to be the joint venture company between Peninsula Land and the company for real estate development.

Delta Corp is engaged in three business segments i.e. Casino Gaming, Online Skill Gaming and Hospitality.
