India`s HDFC Bank to consider issuing bonus shares
Indian lender HDFC Bank will consider issuing bonus shares at a board meeting scheduled on July 19, the company said on Wednesday.
HDFC Bank will also consider declaration of a special interim dividend at the board meeting.
