Chemkart India shines on making further investment of Rs 2 crore in Easy Raw Materials

Chemkart India is currently trading at Rs 109.85, up by 2.60 points or 2.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 110.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 110.00 and Rs. 107.02 respectively. So far 4800 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 262.00 on 14-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 95.11 on 11-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 110.00 and Rs. 95.11 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 129.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.31%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.39% and 20.30% respectively.

Chemkart India has made a further Investment of Rs 2 crore by way of issue and allotment of 20,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 10 each being face value in Easy Raw Materials, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, through a Rights Issue.

The Pre-Allotment Shareholding of the company was 100% and the Post-Allotment Shareholding of the company is 100%. This Investment is a part of the utilization of the proceeds towards commissioning of the manufacturing unit of the Subsidiary Company.
