Ceigall soars as its arm secures LoA worth Rs 1,089 crore

Ceigall India is currently trading at Rs. 271.95, up by 12.10 points or 4.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 259.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 271.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 273.70 and Rs. 267.00 respectively. So far 2170 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 357.20 on 27-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 223.00 on 09-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 273.70 and Rs. 246.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4526.71 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 82.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.13% and 9.79% respectively.

Ceigall India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Ceigall Infra Projects has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) worth Rs 1,089 crore from Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC). The order is for the construction of the Indore-Ujjain Greenfield (Access Control) four-lane highway with paved shoulders, to be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The project involves development of a 48.10 km-long access-controlled greenfield highway, starting from Km 0.000 near Pitra Parvat and terminating at Km 48.100, including the Simhastha bypass (Km 2.600). The project is to be executed over a period of 24 months from the date of appointment.

This LOA further strengthens the company’s robust order book in the roads and highways segment and underscores its growing footprint in executing large-scale hybrid annuity projects for state road development authorities. The project aligns with the company’s long-term strategy of contributing to India’s infrastructure growth through sustainable, efficient and future-ready transportation corridors.
