Bonlon Industries jumps on getting nod to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary
Bonlon Industries is currently trading at Rs. 37.00, up by 0.86 points or 2.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 36.14 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 36.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 37.99 and Rs. 36.23 respectively. So far 102770 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 55.98 on 19-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 29.50 on 06-Aug-2024.

Bonlon Industries has received approval from board of directors to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘SHV Industries’. The incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary will leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving mobility space. The proposed wholly owned subsidiary to be incorporated shall carry out the business multiple segments, which includes manufacturing, trading and construction.
Bonlon Industries is engaged in diversified sectors namely metal business, hotel business and civil construction.
