Bharat Agri Fert & Realty gains on launching high rise tower in Thane

Bharat Agri Fert & Realty is currently trading at Rs. 101.95, up by 0.73 points or 0.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 101.22 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 104.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 105.00 and Rs. 100.20 respectively. So far 269979 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 132.45 on 22-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 76.99 on 04-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 105.00 and Rs. 91.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 536.64 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.91%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.05% and 32.04% respectively.

Bharat Agri Fert & Realty has launched its high rise prestigious tower namely Wembely-24 (G+60 Floor) tallest in Majiwada, Thane to offer 457 BHK Residential Flats of 2/3 BHK. The total realisations from the Majiwada Project, comprising 457 flats, will be around Rs 800 crore in the next 4 years on a pro-rata basis out of which cost of Project will be around Rs 300 crore since the land is owned by company.

Even before officially launching the project, firm confirmations for pre-booking of 25 flats have been received. On the day of launch, the company has received tremendous enquiry with intention to buy approximately 150 units.

Bharat Agri Fert & Realty is engaged in the manufacturing of single super phosphate (powder and granulated), sulphuric acid and alum (liquid and solid).
