Epic Energy touches roof on entering into agreement with Niva Ecotech

Epic Energy is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 36.58, up by 0.71 points or 1.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 35.87 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 36.58 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 36.58 and Rs. 36.58 respectively. So far 1813 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 36.58 on 02-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 5.97 on 06-May-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 36.58 and Rs. 33.16 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 26.38 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 23.27%, while Non-Institutions held 76.73% stake in the company.

Epic Energy has entered into an agreement with Niva Ecotech for setting up a 35 MWp (25 MW) Solar Park and providing Solar EPC Services as well as the full range of Operations along with Maintenance Services. 

Niva will identify the land and undertake the entire EPC part of setting up the Solar Park. The Solar Park will be owned by Epic Energy and/or its SPVs set up for this purpose. Epic will identify and contract with the customers for setting up their Solar Plants in the Solar Park, inter alia under the Group Captive Open Access System, including Operations and Maintenance of the said Solar Plants post implementation. Epic will invest in the Equity of the said SPVs and will also arrange the Debt Component of the Project.

Epic Energy has been in the business of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Services.
