Axis Asset Management Company has announced change in designation of key personnel and fund management responsibilities. Vishal Agarwal is being designated as Fund Manager - Equity of Axis Asset Management Company with effect from September 16, 2024. Accordingly, the fund management responsibilities for Axis ESG Integration Strategy Fund scheme shall be taken care by Shreyash Devalkar, Vishal Agarwal, Hitesh Das & Krishnaa N (for Foreign Securities).
This notice cum addendum shall form an integral part of SAI of the Fund, SID & KIM of Scheme of the Fund. All other terms & conditions of SAI dated June 26, 2024 of the Fund, SID & KIM of the scheme of the Fund shall remain unchanged.
