Aster DM Healthcare is currently trading at Rs. 601.00, up by 1.50 points or 0.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 599.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 604.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 604.95 and Rs. 594.70 respectively. So far 29009 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 674.15 on 03-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 319.60 on 24-Jul-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 606.70 and Rs. 580.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 31139.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.39%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 44.92% and 14.69% respectively.

Aster DM Healthcare has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Aster DM Super-Specialty Hospital (Sarjapur)’ in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The objective of incorporation is to set up and operate a multi-specialty hospital with an estimated bed capacity of around 430 beds. The company has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on July 21, 2025.

Aster DM Healthcare operates in multiple segments of the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics and retail pharmacies and provide healthcare services to patients across economic segments in several GCC states through its various brands ‘Aster’, ‘Medcare’ and ‘Access’.
