Asian Paints drops on reporting 25% fall in Q1 consolidated net profit

Total income of the company decreased by 2.68% at Rs 8107.17 crore for Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 8330.73 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 24.64% fall in net profit at Rs 1186.79 crore for Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 1574.84 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 2.70% at Rs 9125.94 crore for Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 9379.38 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
