Arrow Greentech rises on getting patent for Multicolour Security Fibers/Planchettes for High Security Paper

Arrow Greentech is currently trading at Rs. 420.25, up by 5.15 points or 1.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 415.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 415.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 425.00 and Rs. 411.60 respectively. So far 5831 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 816.15 on 30-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 404.00 on 28-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 463 and Rs. 411.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 635.20 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.93% and 34.26% respectively.

Arrow Greentech has obtained rights in patent titled ‘Multicolour Security Fibers/Planchettes for High Security Paper’, for the territory of India under the provisions of the Patent Law.

This patent relates to security elements for security papers, and more particularly to a high security paper containing a plurality of multicolour security fibers/ planchettes. The process includes providing two different webs preferably two different coloured paper webs. The two different webs are laminated together using a polymeric extrusion as an adhesion for the two paper webs forming a laminated web having two sides. Further, the process includes micro-printing multicolours on each side of laminated web, in other words microprinting a linear of graphics on each side is performed.

A paper rewinding is performed to receive the printed laminated web, forming printed web. Further, the process includes microprinting design on the printed web followed by the second rewinding process, micro slitting process register to specific graphics, and cutting the printed web into small fibers or shapes as per design and register cut as per specification to create a complex ‘twofaced’ security fibre/ planchettes.
