Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels lists with 20.65% premium on the BSE

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has debuted at Rs 187.00 on the BSE, up by 32 points or 20.65% from its issue price of Rs 155.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 173.00, up by 18.00 points or 11.61% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 188.90 and Rs 170.15 respectively. So far 20.61 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between February 5, 2024 and February 7, 2024 was subscribed 59.66 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 155 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 147-155 apiece.
Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels is engaged in the hospitality business operating under the brand names of 'THE PARK', 'THE PARK Collection', 'Zone by The Park', 'Zone Connect by The Park' and 'Stop by Zone'.
