Nureca moves up on acquiring stake in IndusInd Bank
Nureca is currently trading at Rs. 291.95, up by 2.30 points or 0.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 289.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 295.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 295.45 and Rs. 291.05 respectively. So far 196 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 468.25 on 26-Dec-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 240.90 on 04-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 307.95 and Rs. 278.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 291.16 crore.

Nureca has acquired 15000 equity shares of IndusInd Bank. Transaction has been undertaken through open market. The cost of acquisition is Rs 1.50 crore.
Earlier, the company had entered into a distribution agreement, making its products available on Zepto, a quick commerce platform in India.
