AlphaGrep Mutual Fund files offer document for Liquid Omni FOF
AlphaGrep Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended fund of funds named ‘Alphagrep Liquid Omni FOF’. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 1000 during the NFO. Entry load will be nil and Exit load for Day 1 will be 0.0070%; Day 2 will be 0.0065%; Day 3 will be 0.0060%; Day 4 will be 0.0055%; Day 5 will be 0.0050%; Day 6 will be 0.0045%; Day 7 onwards will be Nil. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) Options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.
The performance will be benchmarked against Nifty Liquid Index A-I. The minimum application will be Rs 100 and in multiples Rs 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to provide liquidity with reasonable returns commensurate with lower risk through diversified investments in units of active and passive Liquid Schemes.
