Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) announces change in Key Personnel
Invesco Asset Management (India) has announced changes to Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the Invesco Mutual Fund.
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that, Pranav Gupta has been appointed as Co-Fund Manager & Dealer - Equity of Invesco Asset Management India (‘IAMI’) with effect from September 7, 2026. Accordingly, the following details of Pranav Gupta shall stand inserted in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of Invesco Mutual Fund:
Pranav Gupta (35), holds a B.E. in Instrumentation from University of Mumbai and an M.M.S. from N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. Mr Gupta has more than 8 years of experience in trading and research roles. Prior to joining Invesco AMC, he was associated with Edelweiss Asset Management as Dealer – Equity (October 7, 2024 - August 31, 2026), Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC as Fund Manager & Dealer (March 28, 2022 - September 27, 2024), Centrum Broking (CN) as Alternate Research Analyst (August 2, 2021 - March 22, 2022) and OHM Stock Broker as Alternative Research Analyst & Sales Trader (December 15, 2017 - July 30, 2021).
All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
