Ajmera Realty falls despite its sales value rises 7% in Q3FY25
Ajmera Realty & Infra India is currently trading at Rs. 1131.85, down by 13.65 points or 1.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 1145.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1167.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1193.30 and Rs. 1121.75 respectively. So far 8706 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1225.80 on 07-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 446.31 on 10-Jan-2024.

Ajmera Realty & Infra India (ARIIL) has reported growth in Q3FY25 with 59% YoY increase in sales area, which totals 1,65,116 sq.ft as against 1,03,573 sq.ft in Q3FY24 and an equivalent sales value of Rs 270 crore in Q3FY25 as against Rs 253 crore in Q3FY24, up by 7%. The collections amount stood at Rs 167 crore as on December 31, 2024.
Ajmera Realty & Infra India is primarily engaged in real estate development. Its real estate business caters to the mid and hi-end housing segments. It also operates in the hospitality and entertainment, which includes dome theatres, retail and malls, etc.
