FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per March 19 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11281.72 crore against gross selling of Rs 12448.39 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1166.67 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1463.15 crore with gross sales of Rs 2244.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 781.33 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 68.60 crore against gross selling of Rs 84.53 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 15.93 crore in hybrid segment.
