Taurus Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID), and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of Taurus Mutual Fund.

The company has informed about the shifting of the registered office of Taurus Investment Trust Company (TITCO) and Taurus Asset Management Company (TAMCO). Taurus Investment Trust Company, the Trustee Company to Taurus Mutual Fund and Taurus Asset Management Company, the Investment Manager to Taurus Mutual Fund shifting their Registered Office to the following address with effect from October 01, 2022.

Existing Address: Ground Floor, AML Centre 1, 8 Mahal Industrial Estate, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400 093. New Address: 3rd Floor, 301-304, Chandravillas Co-op Premises Society, AML Centre 2, 8 Mahal Industrial Estate, Off. Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri-East, Mumbai - 400 093.

This addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes and Statement of Additional Information of Taurus Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.
