HDFC Mutual Fund (MF) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (s) (SIDS) / Key Information Memorandum(s) (KIMS) of Specified Scheme(s) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC MF.
The responsibilities of following Key Personnel of HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) shall stand revised as under with effect from June 1, 2022 (‘Effective Date’):Mr. Praveen Jain, Senior Credit Analyst and Fixed Income Dealer (Backup), a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC shall be redesignated as Co-Fund Manager, Senior Credit Analyst and Fixed Income Dealer (Backup) from the Effective Date and Vikash Agarwal, Co-Fund Manager and Dealer Fixed Income, a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC shall be redesignated as Fund Manager and Dealer- Fixed Income from the Effective Date.
Further, the Fund Manager(s) of the Schemes of HDFC MF shall stand revised as under from the Effective Date: The Fund Manager(s) from the June 1, 2022 of the HDFC Liquid Fund will be Anupam Joshi & Praveen Jain, for the HDFC Money Market Fund will be Vikash Agarwal and for the HDFC Ultra Short Term Fund will be Anil Bamboli & Vikash Agarwal.
All other terms & conditions of the Schemes of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SIDs / KIMs / SAI as amended from time to time.
