Tata Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (s) (SIDS) / Key Information Memorandum(s) (KIMS) of Specified Scheme(s) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Tata Mutual Fund.
Tata Asset Management Company has informed that Fund Manager of Tata Equity Savings Fund and Tata Multi Asset Opportunities Fund - Aurobindo Prasad Gayan is decided by the board to share fund management responsibility with Tapan Patel, with effective from 11th August 2023.
This notice cum addendum will form an integral part of the SID/KIM cum Application Form. All other terms & conditions of the SIDs & KIMs cum Application Form read with other addendums if any remain unchanged.
