Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we hereby inform that Mr. M R Shashibhushan (DIN 00492377) vide letter dated April 20, 2022, has tendered resignation as a Director of the Company due to extreme time constraints & other personal reasons.
