Shreeji Translogistics trades higher on incorporating subsidiary 'TKD Digitrans Tech'

Shreeji Translogistics is currently trading at Rs. 301.00, up by 4.85 points or 1.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 296.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 315.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 315.00 and Rs. 297.85 respectively. So far 4443 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 351.95 on 17-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 43.50 on 01-Oct-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 311.95 and Rs. 292.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 313.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.70%, while Non-Institutions held 27.30%.

Shreeji Translogistics has incorporated 'TKD Digitrans Tech' as its 51% subsidiary. One of the primary agenda of TKD Digitrans is to acquire identified assets and liabilities of TKD Communications, which has an app named TKDost on Google Play Store to build a bridge between Transporters, Truck Owners and Agents and helps in arranging loads/ vehicles from anywhere in India. This app presently serves over 7,000 active users and has over 80,000 number of load post.

TKD Digitrans is formed with a motive to provide tech enabled integrated logistics solutions. It will focus on developing, updating and maintaining a digital platform which will help in connecting and hosting an ecosystem of transport agencies and truck owners thereby creating a highly agile and prompt service network spanning across the length and breadth of India. This development will also enable company to serve new clients, enter into new geographies and open multi-fold business opportunities.

Earlier, the company had received approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of a new subsidiary -- Tkd Digitrans Tech.

Shreeji Translogistics provides logistics services. The company offers truck load transport, parcel delivery, import-export, bonded trucking, warehousing, shipping line container movement, and value added services.
