Kings Infra Ventures gains on raising Rs 89.50 crore via NCDs

Kings Infra Ventures has raised Rs 89.50 crore through the allotment of the Fourth tranche of Unlisted Secured redeemable non-convertibles debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement Basis. The Debenture Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held on February 8, 2023, allotted the same.
