Zomato trades jubilantly despite reporting consolidated net loss of Rs 360 crore in Q4
Zomato is currently trading at Rs. 63.90, up by 6.90 points or 12.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 57.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 58.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 67.60 and Rs. 57.80 respectively. So far 6511190 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 169.10 on 16-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 50.35 on 11-May-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 67.60 and Rs. 54.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 50076.44 crore.

Zomato has reported net loss of Rs 293.70 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to net loss of Rs 108.50 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 78% at Rs 1,161.80 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 652.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 359.70 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to net loss of Rs 134.20 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 79.81% at Rs 1,350 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 750.80 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2022, the company has reported net loss of Rs 1,098 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 886 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by over 2-fold at Rs 4,108.50 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1,845.80 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
For the year ended March 31, 2022, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of net profit at Rs 1,222.50 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 816.40 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by over 2-fold at Rs 4,687.30 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2,118.40 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
