Satin Creditcare Network trades higher on raising Rs 20 crore through NCDs

Satin Creditcare Network is currently trading at Rs. 211.95, up by 3.10 points or 1.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 208.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 209.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 214.70 and Rs. 209.90 respectively. So far 15610 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 231.70 on 10-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 107.05 on 29-Aug-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 223.25 and Rs. 207.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2112.75 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 41.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.91% and 46.39% respectively.

Satin Creditcare Network has raised Rs 20 crore through allotment of 2,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each. The Working Committee of Satin Creditcare Network in its meeting held on August 21, 2023 has allotted the same. 

Satin Creditcare Network is one of the largest Microfinance Institutions (MFI) in Northern India, and is the 3rd largest MFI in the country.
