Saksoft touches roof on acquiring Solveda

Saksoft is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 341.85, up by 16.25 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 325.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 341.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 341.85 and Rs. 324.10 respectively. So far 14419 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 342.30 on 16-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 92.55 on 21-Oct-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 341.85 and Rs. 307.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3614.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.86%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.72% and 28.42% respectively.

Saksoft’s wholly owned subsidiaries have completed the acquisition of Solveda Group headquartered in New York with centres in London, Gurgaon and Noida.  Its subsidiary company ThreeSixty Logica Testing Services has completed the acquisition of Gurgaon based Company Solveda Software India, while its subsidiary company Saksoft Inc, USA has completed the acquisition of New York based Company Solveda LLC.

Pursuant to the above acquisition by ThreeSixty Logica Testing Services and Saksoft Inc, Solveda Software India and Solveda LLC have become step down subsidiaries of Saksoft. This acquisition strengthens Saksoft’s positioning as a digital transformation solution provider.
