HIGHLIGHTS:
Nifty futures closed at 14895 on a positive note with 8.56% increase in open interest indicating Long Build Up, Nifty Futures closed at a premium of 1 points compared to previous day premium of 31 points BankNifty closed at 35352 on a positive note with 3.94% decrease in open interest indicating Short Covering.
BankNifty Futures closed at a premium of 7 points compared to the previous day premium of 83 points. FII's were Sellers in Index Futures to the tune of 1555 crores and were Buyers in Index Options to the tune of 6706 crores, Buyers in the Stock Futures to the tune of 518 crores. Net Buyers in derivative segment to the tune of 5634 crores.
India VIX index is at 23.12 v/s 23.32.Nifty ATM call option IV is currently 16.85 whereas Nifty ATM put option IV is quoting at 23.07
