Narayana Hrudayalaya rises as its arm acquires stake of ENT in Cayman

Narayana Hrudayalaya’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Health City Cayman Islands (HCCI) has completed acquisition of entire outstanding 50,000 ordinary shares of ENT in Cayman (EICL). Accordingly, EICL is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Narayana Hrudayalaya effective from March 03, 2023.
