BPCL shines on raising Rs 935.61 crore through NCDs
Bharat Petroleum Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 357.00, up by 5.55 points or 1.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 351.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 351.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 357.60 and Rs. 350.30 respectively. So far 125294 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 398.60 on 21-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 288.20 on 20-Oct-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 357.60 and Rs. 321.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 77214.55 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.98% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.27% and 11.76% respectively.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has raised Rs 935.61 crore through allotment of 93,561 unsecured, listed, rated, non-cumulative, redeemable, non-convertible, taxable, debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each at par on a private placement basis at the interest rate of 7.58% per annum payable annually. The said NCDs will be listed on the debt market segment of the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India.
BPCL is into exploration, production and retailing of petroleum and petrol related products. The retail business unit of BPCL is into marketing of petrol, diesel and kerosene.
