NBCC (India) climbs after awarding contract worth Rs 301 crore to Sam (India) Builtwell

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 47.50, up by 3.64 points or 8.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 43.86 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 44.58 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 48.00 and Rs. 44.20 respectively. So far 5066232 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 48.00 on 04-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 29.85 on 30-Sep-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 48.00 and Rs. 43.21 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8442.00 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.16% and 24.08% respectively.
NBCC (India) has awarded the work of Construction of Hostel cum Residential Block at Dhaka Complex for Institutions of Eminence, University of Delhi on Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis to M/s Sam (India) Builtwell, New Delhi for a total contract value of Rs 301 crore inclusive of all taxes, duties, cess and statutory levies.
NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
