NBCC (India) surges on inking MoU with Kerala State Housing Board

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 61.45, up by 1.67 points or 2.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 59.78 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 61.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 63.65 and Rs. 61.24 respectively. So far 3426993 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 63.65 on 06-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 29.85 on 30-Sep-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 63.65 and Rs. 51.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11055.60 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.16% and 24.08% respectively.

NBCC (India) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kerala State Housing Board for Development of 17.9 acres of land parcel of Kerala State Housing Board at Marine Drive, Kochi, Kerala. The total value of contract is around Rs 2000 crore.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
