Kalpataru Power Transmission surges on securing new orders worth Rs 2,126 crore
Kalpataru Power Transmission is currently trading at Rs. 348.50, up by 4.30 points or 1.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 344.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 337.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 352.15 and Rs. 337.30 respectively. So far 7633 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 495.95 on 03-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 332.30 on 11-May-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 362.20 and Rs. 332.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5190.97 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.10% and 7.32% respectively.
Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL) & its international subsidiaries has secured new orders / notification of awards of Rs 2,126 crore (Including orders of Rs 500 crore received in the month of March 2022). Of the total, the company has received orders from India and Africa in the T&D business of Rs 1,569 crore, its international subsidiary has secured new T&D projects in Europe & Brazil of Rs 388 crore and its Oil & Gas pipeline projects in India & Middle East received orders of Rs 169 crore.
