Kalpataru Projects International surges on bagging new orders worth Rs 2,261 crore
Kalpataru Projects International is currently trading at Rs. 629.45, up by 28.05 points or 4.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 601.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 618.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 650.15 and Rs. 618.10 respectively. So far 39934 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 650.15 on 27-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 353.35 on 23-Aug-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 650.15 and Rs. 553.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9769.51 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 41.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 50.58% and 8.34% respectively.
Kalpataru Projects International (KPIL) & its international subsidiaries have secured new orders worth Rs 2,261 crore. The aforesaid new orders include orders in the T&D business of Rs 2,036 crore in overseas markets and cross country oil & gas pipeline project in India of Rs 225 crore.
The new orders in the T&D business have strengthened order book and improved its market position in the international markets. The Oil & Gas business continues to strengthen its order book with a new order from a very reputed client. These orders will significantly contribute towards targeted growth going forward.
