KPI Green Energy inches up on entering into MoU with Government of Maharashtra undertaking

KPI Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 840.20, up by 1.65 points or 0.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 838.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 821.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 848.25 and Rs. 820.00 respectively. So far 195 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 910.25 on 12-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 345.00 on 31-Oct-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 849.00 and Rs. 770.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3030.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.54% and 41.65% respectively.

KPI Green Energy has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology (MAHAPREIT), a subsidiary of MPBCDC, a government undertaking of Maharashtra. This collaboration establishes a significant strategic partnership aimed at the advancement of diverse projects, particularly those in the realm of renewable energy.

Under this agreement, KPI Green Energy has been appointed as knowledge partner to MAHAPREIT, offering valuable assistance in overcoming initial challenges by designing and formulating a comprehensive blueprint for project-specific strategic planning. Furthermore, KPI Green Energy will provide dedicated support in operational and control management aspects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
