Aster DM Healthcare jumps on acquiring additional 2.36% stake in Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences

Aster DM Healthcare is currently trading at Rs. 320.55, up by 9.75 points or 3.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 310.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 314.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 327.95 and Rs. 314.00 respectively. So far 67966 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 336.40 on 04-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 181.80 on 07-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 336.40 and Rs. 277.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 16099.31 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 41.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 47.58% and 10.55% respectively.

Aster DM Healthcare has acquired additional 2.36% stake in Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS), a material subsidiary of the Company from several minority shareholders as on July 05, 2023. Consequent to the said acquisition, shareholding of the Company in MIMS has increased from 76.01% to 78.37%.
