KPI Green Energy shines on getting commissioning certificates from GEDA

KPI Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 909.60, up by 43.35 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 866.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 884.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 935.00 and Rs. 875.00 respectively. So far 22372 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 935.00 on 25-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 345.00 on 31-Oct-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 935.00 and Rs. 815.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3282.77 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.54% and 41.65% respectively.

KPI Green Energy has received commissioning certificates from Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) for 4.10MW wind-solar hybrid power project comprising 2.10MW wind and 2MWdc solar capacity, being its own power generating asset portfolio, at Samoj site in Jambusar, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat, under the Gujarat Wind-Solar Hybrid Power policy 2018.

The Company has made necessary arrangements for selling the power generated out of this wind-solar hybrid power project to the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) clients.
