JM Financial Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum sets out the changes to be made Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of JM Dynamic Bond Fund and JM Overnight Fund, the scheme of JM Financial Mutual Fund (MF).
JM Financial MF has informed that, pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, the Product Labelling (Risk-o-meter) of the Scheme stands revised as follows: The Risk-o-meter of JM Dynamic Bond Fund, an open-ended dynamic debt scheme investing across duration with relatively high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk, stands revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’ and Risk-o-meter of JM Overnight Fund, an open-ended debt scheme investing in overnight securities with relatively low interest rate risk and relatively low credit risk, stands revised from ‘Low’ to ‘Low to Moderate’
All the other provisions in the SID and KIM of the aforesaid Schemes shall remain unchanged. This Notice-Cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID & KIM of the above Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time.
