The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 100.91 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 118.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.99 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.94 per cent at Rs 1,551.00 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,231.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.37 per cent to Rs 1,334.03 crore from Rs 1,015.45 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 56.02 per cent at Rs 7.42 crore versus (Jun'21 Rs 16.87 crore). Operating Profit surged by 0.42 per cent to Rs 216.97 crore as against Rs 216.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.24 per cent in June quarter. Interest declined by 3.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 24.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 20.88 per cent at Rs 51.46 crore (Jun'21 Rs 42.57 crore).
